I have been a ConneXions Mental Fitness Trainer a little over a year and have taught the Master Class throughout the community.
I also currently work as a nurse at Center for Change in Orem, Utah, where I have worked for 16 years. I am passionate about helping those struggling with body image and eating disorder concerns.
I love being a mother to my wonderful boys, ages 18 and 6. I also love serving in different areas in the community and am currently serving on the board of HART (Humanitarian Aid Relief Team). I enjoy traveling to Ghana and India to provide education and health care with my team.
I have been involved in ConneXions for over 4 years. I have personally seen how the principles taught heal individuals, and relationships of all kinds. I love helping people learn how to apply these principles and see the outcomes of choosing truth change their lives.
I have experience working with people seeking help in marriage, parenting, and personal pain. I particularly love working with teens.
I am the President of the ConneXions Foundation and a Mental Fitness Trainer that is passionate about helping people find out where our worth comes from and how that knowledge gives you power to succeed. I love teaching the connection that comes into your life from living the principles of Honest, Responsible and Humble.
My greatest joy comes from my connections with my husband of 40 years, Roy, 7 children, 14 grandchildren, many friends, 4 chickens, and hive full of bees.
I love the arts and am a board member with the Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra and Utah Metropolitan Ballet. I love to garden because just like ConneXions, things grow with proper tools and hard work.
I’ve been learning, teaching and applying ConneXions principles for over 7 years. I’ve enjoyed seeing the outcomes of peace, clarity, confidence and peace in my own life and others, including my six children ages 5-23 years old.
I love the clear, compassionate application of these principles that offer health and healing.
